Double back twist three pitches twinner machine DSTJ-500 is used to produce the CAT5, CAT6, CAT7 twisted data wire. This machine is fully backing twist, so it reduces the influence by the core line performance. Pitch length could be adjusted on line, and can set up different twist pitch length according to the technical need. Take-up, payoff tension could be adjusted separately, it is easy way to keep same tension of these two cores. For alarm system, machine can provide alarm just like wire broken etc. Hydraulic system is used to load and unload reel. When manipulate this machine, it is convenient with high efficiency, safety, easy maintenance.
